I've order from direct4pets a few times now and the service has been great, quick delivery, packaged well but unfortunately this time the box was all battered the medicine bottle had been put in upside down and there was no syringe plus the price has gone up by £5. Hopefully if I order again the product won't look like it's been thrown around and it'll have everything I need. It's disappointing because previous purchases have been great.
