I have been wearing bioflow for 30 years and particularly a bioflow boost belt with 2 double magnets velcro-ed on, when I am gardening and usually at night. It is magic. If i go into the garden and start doing jobs without it my back starts to ache within 30 mins and then I remember to put it on and can garden away for the rest of the day with no problems. Likewise on the nights I forget to wear it i am very stiff in the morning and have to be careful going downstairs, but when I wear it i wake up pain free and much more mobile. I also have a bracelet but this is not so effective. I am looking forward to the day when Bioflow produce the boost again, as if I lost this one i would be in die straits. I really rely on it on a daily basis.
