Even though its not Biddendens fault, I will say this, I brought 2 bottles of wine for Xmas for my partner, dpd that Biddenden use, there driver came to my house and as I wasn't in, decided to throw with some force, the package that clearly had, be careful fragile on it, over my 6 foot gate, which not only smashed 1 of the bottles of wine but actually managed to smash a tile on my alleyway floor, so after cleaning all that up I spoke to Biddendens, they where fantastic and ordered me another bottle of wine with an apology, but my advice to Biddendens, maybe change delivery company, as I've had to pay for someone to fix the broken floor of my alleyway.
