Aside from the obvious - producing hot and cold water, which is does satisfactorily and I would guess far more economically than boiling water in a kettle and/or cooling it in a fridge - my reason for reviewing is more to point out its shortcomings.
1/ The internal pressure reducing valve in my, lightly used, 2012 Bibo Classic started leaking (from a body joint) after about 2 years requiring replacement. Bibo wanted £20 for the parts. Sorted with an ebay one for a few pounds.
2/ It is a shame the firmware cannot be upgraded as the one 'huge' issue I have with it is that if, say, you fire it up from eco-sleep mode for a glass of nice filtered cool water at 0200 hrs, there is no way to immediately send it back to sleep. As a consequence it wastes energy heating up the hot water tank (and cooling the cold water tank - it does them both) - which won't be used until 4-7 hours later... by which time it will have cooled down/heated up again. Daft for a device supposedly intended to be 'eco-friendly'.

Incidentally, the de-scaler fluid (a type of food-grade acid) can be purchased at about 1/4 of Bibo's price if bought in litre bottles - just search the web for 'coffee machine de-scaler'. That said, you'll have to buy the first cleaning kit from Bibo as you need the special dispenser - the the bottle of de-scaler fluid also supplied in the kit, makes it easy to fill the dispenser in the future with cheaper de-scaler fluid.
