We previously owned a virgin pure machine and decided after many years/moving home to refresh and this time give BIBO a test due to appearance.
What can I say, don’t judge a book by its cover. We are now at the point of 3 months in and truly regretting our purchase. The water temp barely better than tap despite being at the lowest setting.
I feel the need to leave this review to warn others to sadly look elsewhere.
