Appalling quality and terrible customer service! Bought matching taps, showers, wastes, etc. for my main bathroom only for them to end up scratching pretty much immediately. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Even when I asked could we talk more to manufacturing or management they were completely unhelpful. Later on I did some research/asked a professional and found out this issue is to do with poor casting when making the item. And I didn’t even pick cheap stuff! I now see there are lots of reviews saying about the damage to the taps but didn’t see them at the time of purchase.
