I purchased 3 bathroom suites in Boxing day sales. The deliveries didn't come until mid February. Before the deliveries came, I received a call from an advisor that they only had 2 in stock and they would offer a refund for the 3rd, which I would receive in 3-5 working days. I never received this refund in that time and once my final delivery came (because they couldn't send everything with one courier), I then contacted them about getting my refund for the missing suite but also returning and getting a refund for one of the damaged suites they sent me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 1 week on and I am still chasing my refund. They have partially refunded me but I am still waiting for nearly £400 and despite numerous times asking someone to call me to discuss this, they haven't. I am so close to going to my bank and raising a formal complaint with them. I will never use this company again!!!
