Have been a loyal client with Betfair for a number of years and wagered over a six figure sum with them, But the way i was spoken to last Thursay by a member of staff on a internet chat was disgusting. So i closed the account permanately and will never have anymore dealings with Betfair whatsoever. Then having them send me emails as to why and i must think again. NO BETFAIR you must make your your customer service treats customers properly.
