Asked my son to write this review
I wanted to increase my funds limit to 3k from 1k was asked to provide self assessment as well as proof of funds and documentation.
Provided all the necessary information required explained it's a online wholesellers company
When I logged in to betfair my account was suspended contacted live chat was told to wait few hours as they will review my account
And then got this email below for permenetly closed
When asked was asked not to message betfair support again. On live chat wrote my name and nbsp then refused to state what nbsp stands for.
.refused entry and stated its outside risk criteria but won't explain what it means.
No one willing to explain or help or work around this matter.
As below email states this can't be challenge not sure what to challenge if I do not even know
Thank you for your co-operation to date. Upon review of your account and the documentation received, a business decision has been made to maintain permanent closure over your account, as the account has been deemed to no longer meet Betfair’s risk criteria.
I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to divulge specific details pertaining to the closure as this is not made available to us. What I can confirm is that the decision was made in line with our Terms and Conditions and I'm afraid isn't something that can be appealed. I understand that this is not the answer you were hoping for and I do apologise for the overall negative experience you have endured.
