Abysmal customer service. Small football bet still not settled 2 hours after the match finished. Live chat kept me waiting 10 minutes while they "found my details", then told me they were really busy, & haven't responded since. That was about 30 minutes ago. Absolutely pathetic from a supposedly leading bookmaker.
