I've also had a poor experience with this company. Like others have said, once they have your money, they don't really care. I received a plant which was 25% smaller than advertised, and I also received a single plant from an order of five. Customer support were fixing this but then went silent for two weeks, at which point they decided they didn't want to send me the other four. They have even failed to acknowledge the additional money I spend, saying that's the price for a single unit, even though their website says differently. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
