There were a number of damaged boxes which my wife did not see when she signed for the delivery. I have not claimed for them because of this but will send you photos if you wish.
Also the underlay was of no use as I was installing the floor on concrete and the underlay requires a waterproof membrane per building regs. This should be included in your standard instructions.
