Although staff were pleasant the sample sent was just not big enough for me to visualize it on the floor --it was a tile pattern (Moroccan ) but I didn't even receive the full tile pattern e.g .one tile piece and so half the pattern was missing from the tiny sample i received and so I decided not to risk an order in case I didnt like it. There was also no floor picture of this particular vinyl on the website, just a square of it and so I couldn't visualise it at all I wouldn't recommend because I really don't think the tiny samples that you send are of any real use -- I even sent for a second sample but they just sent the same piece with most of the main pattern missing --again!! Not much help team!!
