Average customer service. The online delivery service booking allowed us to initially book the Friday. We received a call the next day saying that they couldn’t meet this and it would be the following Tuesday. While waiting in for the delivery I received a further phone call letting me know it would be delivered on the Thursday. After a little kick off from myself they delivered on the Wednesday.
We had to push the tradesmen back on the date for fitting twice as best4flooring couldn’t stick to a delivery date.
