Really disappointed, we ordered our flooring on the Thursday, had a email on the Friday to say it had been dispatched and that we would receive our flooring on the Tuesday.
On the Monday we were given a time slot for the next day. I then booked a day off as it was a large order. I then booked a fitter for 3 days later.
Our flooring never turned up and we spent the following week trying to chase it up with little response from Best4flooring. In the end up we requested a full refund. We did receive our refund very quickly but have now got to look for another more reliable company and move all my furniture out of 3 rooms yet again.
