Can I please make sure that Wendy receives praise and a payrise if possible 😉. Her and I exchanged 15 emails about the delivery of a bit of lino. The courier company was atrocious in their customer service delivery dates and time, and did not show up several times. Thanks to Wendy the lino was delivered today. It looks lovely in colour and is of good quality. Thanks for sorting the mess out Wendy!
