Only on receipt of the end caps I had ordered did I realise why the delivery charge was so high. A bulky and heavy catalogue, which I am unlikely to ever use in future, was included and the delivery was made by a courier (in this case a small package by Royal Mail would have been enough). Perhaps receiving the catalogue could be made optional. I was also not impressed to receive the goods wrapped in TWO plastic bags.
