I spoke to their "technical" guy. Quite frankly he lied to me about the dimensions of the product (he either couldn't be bothered to look it up or knew it wouldn't fit and hoped I wouldn't be bothered to return it). When it arrived it was obvious it wouldn't fit. I sent an email explaining this. Whilst they did arrange to pick it up they never apologised nor did they ever discuss refunding me, so I will have to wait for my card statement to see if that happened. I got the product I needed far more easily from an alternative supplier.
