Ordered a part needed urgently for the weekend, paid for Saturday delivery and it didn’t turn up. The tracking said it was on its way and we continued with the program of works. The tracking reset on Monday morning for delivery on the Tuesday. This may have been the Carriers fault however BES chose to use this carrier.
