Two of the three packages from BES arrived open.
The tube package was completely open at both ends and the end of one of the tubes was damaged.
The package containing my compression fittings was also badly squashed and torn in one place.
Happily, apart from the piece of 15mm copper tube that was dented at the end all my order was in tact.
I have taken photographs should you require them.
