On Friday I ordered some ducting for my kitchen re fit. Unfortunately the outside cowl vent had the damper flap missing.
After a quick phonecall, with sincere apologies given, all was sorted and another vent rolled up on Saturday.
This is the best customer service I've ever experienced.
