The product was fine (2 Radiator bleed keys in a clockwork winding key style). However I did not ask for a catalogue and the postage charged for a pair of radiator bleed key was ridiculous and it all arrived in a large box when I just wanted the bleed keys.
I repeat the actual bleed keys were exactly what I wanted just everything else was overkill and to be charged for your product advertising is beyond the pail.
