I visited a well known store in London with my brother recently and visited the watch department. The purpose was to buy a gift for a special occasion for my partner. The service in that store wasn’t very personal. My brother has had great dealings with Lee in the Newcastle Berrys Store. He contacted Lee to check stock and availability and Lee did the rest. My partner is very happy with his Panerai watch and the service experienced with Lee was superb. I can’t recommend enough!!
