This is not the first time that I have purchased items in the Newcastle store and it certainly won't be the last! Both Lee and Nick were absolutely superb (again) and they went well over and above both my expectation and that of my wife. I have been a customer at many similar stores but none are better than Berrys in Newcastle. The staff in this store always have time and patience to discuss then explore your requirements and then find the best option for you. Both items that we picked up today (a Panerai watch and a Chopard ring) were not in stock originally but that wasn’t a problem for Lee. I can’t recommend this store enough ….
