I decided to try Berry's in Nottingham first for my watch purchase because they are independent. The young Chinese sales man (recently immigrated from Hong Kong with his family - good for them) was very knowledgable and friendly. The other staff members were lovely people too, so naturally it was not difficult to close a deal without shopping around. I'm delighted my instinct was correct. Highly recommended for friendly top-quality service!
