I’ve contacted Berry’s through their online store a few times to enquire about products that I’ve seen on their website and have always had the pleasure of being assisted by Zoe. Zoe is so patient and accommodating, even though I have yet to make a purchase. Believe me, I’m not an easy customer - I always need photos and videos and questions answered as unfortunately I don’t live near a store to go into, however Zoe never makes it feel like any of my requests are too much.
