My new Nordika slipers looked like the product online. These Velcro closed-in slippers are fine, if a little long- as I'm ideally a 36.5 in size. I normally buy the Nordika mules in which a little extra length is not so critical. I will need inserts for the Size 37 as my feet are short but wide - without bunions I might be a 36. The delivery time was more than 10 days but this was a Royal Mail error plus pre-Christmas Royal Mail strikes, so Begg was not at fault and were just about to send me a replacement pair of slippers when the originals finally turned up.
