I purchased a pair of boots from Begg website. Due to the inconsistent sizing chart US vs EURO when compared to EURO sizes purchased in USA, the boots did not fit. Too large. In order to get a refund / exchange, the postal charge was 3 times more than original purchase price of boots. I paid $94.00 and the postage to return was $247.00. Customer services resolutions as follows 1. find a family member or friend that might get could wear and pay me. 2. Advertise on Facebook marketplace in order to try and get some of my money back. 3. Search for cheaper method of postage in order to return. I am very disappointed and have given to Begg Shoes $94.00 for a pair of boots that I cannot wear. I wear size 8 euro 39 in USA Begg shoe sizing 8 is between 39 and 40 As recommended by Rieker customer service, I tried on Rieker shoes at local shoe store at Sound Feet Shoe Store in Greenville NC was sized a 40 EURO. They did not have the boot I ordered on line in stock. I assume there is a difference in the sizing between Rieker athletic shoe and Rieker boots. Buyer beware of ordering from United Kingdom. If you need to return/exchange the return postage is 3 times what you pay for the item. I feel the postage cost being excessive to return item should be noted in Begg return policy. Very dissatisfied customer.
