My order of Erdinger beer and Jurgen Klopp glass
Ordered this recently, I do like the beer but wanted the promo glass. Order arrived with no glass. I contacted customer servs who told me I needed to input a code on order. I'm sure I did, however, regardless of this Customer Service sent me one out next day delivery. Fantastic service and products of course
