I was contacted by missold who after verifying both mine and my husbands details mentioned that we may be contacted by our bank and just to ignore any questions they may ask (which didn't happen) and I didn't hear any more till my refund landed in our account and we received an email from been missold congratulating us on the success of our claim and sending us a bill for their fees could not have been simpler.
