Persistent failure to deliver on agreed date; items promised on Tuesday were again promised on Wednesday and then Thursday, before being finally delivered on the Friday. Not kept informed about delays which resulted in days spent waiting in for deliveries. Tracking not updated, telephone calls and emails left unanswered, messages not returned.
