Delivery occurred on the day promised. However, it was not possible for the delivery driver to contact me with a time so had to set aside the whole day for delivery. The delivery driver was unable to carry to the first floor where the bed was to be sited as he said this was an insurance issue. I'm sure he was correct but this resulted in me having to get someone to help carry it upstairs. All the parts clearly labelled and complete.
