The on line purchase process worked well. The bed delivery date was delayed by 2 days. However, I received plenty of notification and I was able to make suitable arrangements for somebody to be at home for the new date.
The bed itself was well packaged and arrived in good condition. This is the first ottoman bed I have bought and I am very pleased with it. It is extremely comfortable to sleep on and the storage space easily takes all the sleeping bags, camping lilos and blankets etc.
All in all a good purchase.
