Ordered on the 06/01/16 a bed though yourself's to be supplied by Sealy beds, paid in full on the same day, the delivery date was the 29/01/16, on the 07/01/16 we changed the bed type to a updated one for the sole reason the bed i ordered was no longer available, on the 27/1/16 i rang yourself's to confirm time of delivery, you said you check and come back to me, the following day i got a call from Sealys, in a nut shell, the bed has not been manufactured due to Sealys not been able to contact me, i may have missed their calls, but no answer message was left and no e-mail received, Sealy then said it would be three more weeks before the bed would be available, i said i was going to cancel the order witch i did and a refund was received from yourself's, Sealy at one point asked me to contact the delivery driver because he would have the bed and holding it for delivery, (which was not true), i also said this should not be down to me to sort out, i got back to Seals and to the same person, she admitted what she told me about the delivery driver holding the bed was incorrect, some thing very strange about this order, i think its a bit more than a lack of communication, your staff were very helpfully and very polite, but there was a break down some where in the system, i got a new bed from Sealys last year through Benson's Beds, Benson's sorted every thing out in one go and what they said would happen with each stage of the order did, sorry i have now returned to Benson,s Beds. dave morris
