Such awful customer experience. Ordered and paid for a double bed. Order confirmed. 4 weeks later on delivery date told that order was out of stock and cannot be delivered for another two months. No communication of this. No way to speak to them on the phone (phone line 'closed' because of COVID). And no effort from company to provide solution. Probably the worst consumer experience I have had. Do not use this company.
