This is our second purchase with BeBop for the same product.
The first time we bought it through a retailer, the bouncy castle started coming apart at seam after a week. We were able to take it back to retailer and get a full refund.
This time we thought we will buy it directly from BeBop, it arrived within 4 days as advised. We have had it less then a week and already noticed same issue
Two days in and we heard air leaking and upon inspection, found a small hole in the seam again near the slide.
Both my kids have cuts on their arms, face, feet from the thread on the slide being sharp.
Will be contacting customer service to see what they can do about it.
