I ordered 2 single bed sets but made a mistake on the pillow size. Customer service was fantastic and immediately replaced the pack I returned with the standard size.
The quality of the bed linen is superb and I am gradually replacing all my bedding. I first found this brand at Lucknam Park and cannot recommend it highly enough. The bath robes are great too.
