I emailed customer service requesting a lamp which most closely matched my colour scheme but didn't receive any reply - ironically, I think because the delivery was so fast, the message may have been read after dispatch. Even so, I would have appreciated a response.
The La Voliere lamp has been well packed but unfortunately, 2 birds were damaged.
