Absolutely shocking customer service. I returned an item and have now been asking for my money back for 4 weeks. It takes them a week to respond to my messages and then no refund is given. I have had to resort to leaving a negative review. Order number is SI-19723. You emailed me on 6th April asking 'We understand you have changed your mind and that you are now requesting a refund?'....I have confirmed about seven times by email and three times over the phone that yes I want a refund and not credit to the store with absolutely no reply. Please respond to my emails and tell me why you are not refunding my money when I have clearly requested this six weeks after I have returned your item.
