If you buy a mirror please be aware it is a “buyer remorse return” which apparently means if you change your mind you have to arrange your own return courier service. I bought a solid oak frame mirror but it’s hard to tell online the shade of oak and unfortunately it didn’t match my furniture. I expected to have to pay return costs but was surprised to be told I have to arrange its return. Even the courier service they use said Beaumonde should provide this service as standard because they have an account with them so the mirror is insured against loss or damage. You cannot insure it yourself because to do this costs more than what you paid for the mirror. So you have to take the risk of losing everything. Beaumonde’s response time to my emails were poor and they sent bog standard replies, not the personal customer service you would expect. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
