I ordered a couple of bearing bushes from Bearing Boys. The Royal Mail parcel didn't arrive after a week and Bearing Boys immediately sent a replacement via a courier, when they were alerted. The replacement parts arrived on the next day. Bearing Boys proved to be proactive and helpful when this issue arose. The original ripped up empty package sent via Royal Mail turned up later, with an apology (from Royal Mail) and offer of compensation.
