Very efficient with next day delivery. Product was slightly damaged on arrival and, following the instructions that accompanied our electronic invoice, the telephone help line was very nice and efficient. We had a replacement the next day and the courier had everything needed to take the flawed product back to the supplier. Great service, great product. Will use them again.
