Fantastic service. Very knowledgable and friendly staff who helped me make my purchase decision when I was very unsure of what to get. Really happy with their advice and what I bought in the end. It wasn’t at all what I was leaning towards but I trusted them and couldn’t be happier. Contacting them was always really fast, weather that be by phone or live chat. That counts for a lot these days when it’s increasingly difficult to actually talk to anybody. I had to call them over a couple of things I didn’t quite get when assembling my BBQ and they were able to help without issue. They are clearly knowledgable and passionate about what they do.
