Very nice, helpful people. Delivery and installation for which I paid £140 went badly wrong; poor communication between BBQLAND and the delivery company. Delivery men had no idea what they were supposed to do when they got here and, initially, refused to unload the barbecue. Which came with instructions for the KJ Classic ll, not the Classic lll. These not yet available!!
