Ordered batteries on behalf of my elderly Mother for her mobility scooter but cancelled promptly the next day as I had ordered the wrong type (no items were shipped). We were promised a full refund on 8th October 2019 but still have not received the money (despite promises). Now forced to take legal action to recover the payment. The company seems to regularly prey on the old and vulnerable based on my experience and feedback from others.
