Battery Station were quick off the mark with packing and despatching, but the goods arrived with all the individual cartons crushed and the batteries loose in the mailing bag. Also one carton had clearly been opened and resealed using packing tape - not good.
Also let down by Hermes who didn't deliver when they said they were going to, citing the pandemic as a reason. I wonder what the excuse will be when the pandemic is over?
