Very competitve and prompt in fulfilling orderd apart from the use of Yodel who are very bad at delivering goods if you are not at home. A delivery I recently received from BS via Yodel was simply left on the doorstep. Fortunately a neighbour took it in.. Yodel claimed to have left it in a safe place " in the porch - I do not havr a porch !
