They sent ordinary AAA rechargeable batteries when I ordered, rechargeable -precharged ones, which are more expensive.. when I spoke to the owner ("I am the owner of the firm"), he more or less dismissed the complaint. No redress! Just charge the battery he said. Very poor service.
