My opinion doesn't matter because I've left voicemails and nobodies replied to me. Also left a comment on Facebook with no response as well.
Ordered a CR123 battery and the pack arrived opened. Tried to request a new one and have been completely ignored. Can't contact via the phone, only leave a message.
