Not sure if it was a fault of Battery Station or the courier, but the package took well beyond what it should have, to arrive to me. There was no live chat at either Battery Station or the courier and pretty much stuck in limbo.
All the time, the company obviously deducted monies.
Thankfully, the package did arrive after just over a week.
